·Updated guidance has been released by the state clarifying that because our region is in Phase 3, barber shops and hair salons no longer need to test their employees every 14 days. However, if there is a spike in cases and we are rolled back to Phase 2, that requirement can be reimposed.

Businesses permitted to reopen in Phase 4 include higher education, low-risk outdoor arts and entertainment, low-risk indoor arts and entertainment, and media production. The list of what is considered part of those business categories has been expanded. We are on target to reach this Phase on or about July 7. Phase 4 guidance can be found HERE.
