Details Emerge on the "Breaking Bad" Movie

Details are slowly emerging about "El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie," due to launch on Netflix on Friday, October 11th.

The movie is two hours long and follows the story of Jesse Pinkman immediately following the TV show's finale, which first aired on AMC on September 29, 2013. Vince Gilligan wrote the "El Camino' script and directed the film in the Albuquerque area under a shroud of secrecy.

The film will play in theaters for one weekend only, October 11-13th. You can find out where and buy tickets at this link.

Ten characters from the TV show will appear in this film, including one played by an actor who used "a private jet to shuttle in and out of Albuquerque without notice." This is according to "The Hollywood Reporter." Matt L. Jones reprises his role as "Badger." Charles Baker returns as "Skinny Pete" and is the only character who appears in the first trailer.

Here's a video of Gilligan and Aaron Paul talking about "El Camino."

A new trailer might debut during the Emmy Awards telecast this Sunday night.

And I can add this. Last week, I checked Bryan Cranston's Wikipedia filmography and "El Camino" was listed. That listing has since been removed from Mr. Cranston's page.
