Tick Tock Diner Waitress Says No One Recognized the Stones

The waitress at the Tick Tock Diner in Clifton says no one recognized Mick Jagger and his two Rolling Stone bandmates when she served them last Thursday.

"I didn't realize it was them, so I didn't ask any questions," Kalliopi (the server) told the New Jersey Herald. "I kind of think they wanted to be low-key." One hostess thought Mick looked a little familiar, but the diner staff respects the privacy of their customers.

According to Kalliopi, Mick and friends came to the diner at about 10am on Thursday morning and sat in a dining-room booth near a window. They stayed for less than an hour and ordered Taylor Ham, egg and cheese sandwiches and coffee, disco fries and coffee.

Here's the story from the NJ.com.
