Today (Dec. 4) is National Dice Day.

National Dice Day according to National Day Calendar is observed by people all across the United States on Dec. 4. Now as the day refers to dice that you throw from your hands or from a cup onto a flat surface, I decided that today would be a great way to honor one of my favorite comedians of all time, the great Andrew Dice Clay. The Dice Man came to prominence in the late 80's and in 1990 he would become the first comedian to sell out two consecutive nights at Madison Square Garden. He also was the star of the great film The Adventure's of Ford Fairlane. These days Dice stars in the great Showtime tv series Dice. I've been a huge Dice fan since I was a kid in Junior High and even got the chance to interview him a few years ago. Check out a photo below of the time I met The Diceman. Today we salute you Dice.
