Why Isn't King Kong Bundy in the WWE Hall of Fame?

Happy Birthday today (Nov. 7) to wrestling legend King Kong Bundy. Seeing it was his birthday today got me thinking, why isn't this legend in the WWE Hall of Fame?

King Kong Bundy is 61 years old today. The retired wrestling star from Atlantic City, NJ was one of the most recognizable stars in the World Wrestling Federation throughout the 1980's and 1990's. He headlined Wrestlemania 2 fighting Hulk Hogan in a steel cage match for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship. Bundy weighed in at 458 pounds and was an intimidating figure with his finishing move the Avalanche (where he would throw his opponent into the turnbuckle and deliver a giant full body splash in the corner).

Why isn't this legend in the WWE Hall of Fame? Well, this could probably be easily answered with the fact that Bundy was involved in a class action lawsuit with other wrestlers against the WWE over long term neurological injuries suffered while in action over the years, claiming that the WWE was negligent in failing to care for them properly. The suit was dismissed in Sept. 2018. Do you think King Kong Bundy deserves to be in the Hall of Fame?
