How important is taking a selfie to you? I men I see my feed loaded with them on social media. I would say if you take more then 3 a week you have issues. Here is another good reason not to take a selfie. A California Girl was hiking a trail near lake superior. She paused to take a selfie near a 200 ft cliff and fell off.
