As a Barber I have to tell you there is nothing worse then when people cut their own hair. Cutting hair is like anything else, you have to be trained and not everyone can do it. Here is more proof to back that up. A man who is high on possibly crack shows up to someone’s front yard and gives himself a haircut using a lighter and literally burning his hair and scalp. The guy is so high he doesn’t even flinch.
