Smokers, they smell bad and take unlimited amount of breaks at work to smoke there cancer sticks, did i mention they have bad breath? Well a firm in Japan has actually done something for their employees who do not smoke. They have decided to give them and extra 6 days of leave to compensate them for the time they don’t lose while working because they don’t smoke.
