So me and my special lady friend have been hitting the gym hard this past month. We are really pushing each other and making serious gains brah. We both agree its easier to go when we go together. We push each other by making fun of each other. Well turns out we are onto something, most people who work out with a buddy have better results then people who work out alone. However if you are looking to take that to the next level they recommend getting a tracking app for your smart phone or fit bit involved.
