You know it is always best to stretch before you get into something physical. You want you muscles and joints to be ready to perform their best. Well last week a guy robbed a Dunkin Donuts in Philly. He ran in, jumped over the counter, demanded the money and told the clerk he needed o be gone in 20 seconds. The man leaped back over the counter with over $300 and took off on foot. When the police showed up they asked for the surveillance tape. When they viewed the tape the noticed a few minutes before the robbery the suspect was seen in the parking lot stretching.
