- So last week was Spring Break for a lot of Colleges. One kid was one his down in Key West and decided to get a tattoo. After all said and done his card was declined. He told the owner he would hit an ATM, but he never came back. The artist ended up seeing a post of his tattoo on Instagram and she called him out about not paying the bill.
