For the second time this month custom agents at JFK have found somebody coming in from the Dominican Republic with cocaine duct taped to their legs. The man had seemed pretty nervous when they were searching his suitcase. That earned him a one way ticket to a physical search. When he dropped his pants the coke was out of the bag, well i guess in the bag still and taped to his legs.The drugs were valued at $83000. Click here for mugshot.
