Well thanks to our friends at Mashable we have found another item to add to McDonalds secret Menu. A boy in California last week shared a new creation from Mcdonalds. He bought two cookies and a McFlurry and went outside and made himself and ice cream sandwich. People are labeling him a culinary genius. Click here for more.
