You know the other day, I was at the shop and it dawned on me that i still have a box of Girl Scout Thin Mints in my freezer at the shop. Of course I ran right over and broke it open. I can’t believe they lasted almost a year. That is what is happening right now a this moment. The Girls Scouts are getting ready to roll out another year of making us happy with their cookies. Except, this year is special, because it is their 100th year anniversary of them doing the cookie thing and to celebrate, the have two special cookies both of the s’mores variety and I cannot wait to try them.
